Shipping Policy
Orders within the United States will be shipped overnight via FedEx or UPS (tracked and fully insured). Please be aware that all shipments are insured and will require an adult signature for delivery. If you are not able to sign for your shipment, please contact us directly to make other arrangements.
Return Policy
We greatly appreciate your business and we want you to be thrilled with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not, please contact us immediately with your concerns.
For a full refund, the jewelry must be returned within 7 business days of the delivery date. All returns will have a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us prior to shipping so we can provide you with an insured shipping label. The piece must be unworn and accompanied by the original packaging. Custom pieces can not be returned or exchanged.
